What this means is that you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price for ANY REASON.

Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received,  send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND.

Please note that the original and return shipping & handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold by Garden Power Corporation are covered by our Standard "Love It" 30-Day Guarantee Return Policy.

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. If you have purchased the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy below.

Return for refund: Original purchase price only, shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Must be returned within 30 days from the Purchase/Invoice date.

Return for replacement: Must be arranged and returned within 30 days from the Purchase/Invoice date.

A 15% restocking fee may apply on returns under this policy.

All returns under Limited 30-Day Return Policy requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns under Limited 30-Day Return Policy must include the following:

1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)

2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at sales@greengardentools.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.

4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

5. The return must be complete and include all accessories (remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

All items have to be returned within 30 days of the Invoice Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products. Defective products can only be returned for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Garden Power Corporation in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. Garden Power Corporation in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether all the requirements 1 to 6 inclusive have been adhered to.
 

Manufacturer's Warranties

Garden Power Corporation does NOT offer any returns on any products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy unless it's a wrong item shipped case or never opened items. All items must be returned in the original brand new condition.

All opened returns will be refused at customer's cost. Most of the products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy are covered by manufacturer's warranty, please contact product's manufacturer for the warranty details.

Products that listed under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.
